Monitors measurement data with various graphs and numerical windows. Acquires data efficiently. The software enables easy interactive setting of various conditions and facilitates efficient acquisition of required data by showing variables under measurement in graphs and numeric windows on the display. Measuring instruments are CTRS-100 series, EDX-10 series, EDX-200A, EDX-5000A, PCD-400B series, UCAM-550A, and NTB-500C.

The Data Analysis Software DAS-200A enables data reproduction and analysis of data. The DAS-200A displays Kyowa standard files (KS1, KS2, KS3) on graphs, in numerical values and analyzes them.

Combination with the PCD-400B or PCD-430B, the PCA Stress Measuring Software PCAS-100A is the dedicated software to test stress of PCA. The PCAS-100A allows a beginner to test a PCA stress, analyze data, and create reports in accordance with IPC/JEDEC-9704A** . ** Evaluation method for PCA using strain gages is regulated by IPC/JEDEC-9704A and it is valid for quality evaluation or failure analysis.

The PCAS-200A is the dedicated software for the KS2 files, recorded by our measuring instruments. The PCAS-200A calculates the max. principal strain, min. principal strain, diagonal strain, strain rate and creates graphs and tables easily. Others, compare with PCAS-100A, the PCAS-200A has more report types and file processing functions. * Evaluation method for printed circuit assembly using strain gages is regulated by IPC/JDEC-9704A and it is valid for quality evaluation or failure analysis.

The UCS-80A enables the PC to control a data logger and to present measured/calculated data on graph and numeric windows, thereby enhancing the performance of the data logger.

Data recording/processing system for up to 1000 channels The software is designed to record and process dynamic variables of strain, pressure, acceleration and displacement. During data acquisition by sampling at a maximum 100 kHz(In any case, a sampling rate exceeding 2 kHz thins out graphs.), the software enables users to monitor the data in waveforms, X-Y graphs and numerics. If the sampling rate is 2 kHz or lower, frequency analysis result too can be monitored. In data processing, calculation between channels, digital filtering and statistic processing are available while frequency analysis and histogram analysis are optional.
