- Wheel Alignment Measuring SystemThe wheel alignment measuring system measures the relative displacement of wheels when driving, the camber angle, and the actual steering angle. The signal obtained from the encoder is converted to a physical quantity through the dedicated processor, and output as a voltage signal. *Tire's rotary speed is measured with options.
- Wheel 6-component Force Measuring SystemThis syatem enables measurement of 3 forces (Fx, Fy, Fz) acting on 3 orthogonal axes to the running axle at the wheel mounting part and 3 moments (Mx, My, Mz) around the axes. The wheel itself is made to act as the sensor to detect the 6-component force and output signals are transmitted by the slip-ring to the 6-component signal processor.
- Barrier Load CellMeasures distributed forces on crash surface. This load cell is designed to be mounted to fixed barrier to detect impact on objects in tests. It consists of 128 load cells arranged in 8 columns by 16 rows and be able to measure distributed forces on crash surface. The force detecting direction is vertical to the barrier and 2 kinds of rated capacities per unit are available, 300 kN and 500 kN.
- Emergency Brake SystemThe emergency brake system stops the test vehicle immediately upon crash for the purpose of preventing the relevant installations and the test vehicle from damaging due to accidental driving.
- Dummy Qualification Software"This software is designed for dummy testing in compliance with Japanese, U.S., and European regulations. Dummy dolls used in automobile collision safety tests are required by law to be tested for each part of the body, such as the head, neck, chest, and legs, according to the type and physique of the dummy. Dummy testing is conducted using testing machines corresponding to the testing of each part of the body. Then, the dummy dummy is subjected to a prescribed impact or load and the data is recorded by a sensor built into the dummy. The collected data is subjected to a prescribed digital filter process defined according to the test type, and the waveforms are calculated and analyzed to determine whether the test passed or failed according to the standard values stipulated by laws and regulations. The graphs of the recorded data and calculated data waveforms also display the verification standard values. This software supports the testing of various types of dummies for frontal collisions, side collisions, and children. - Analysis Software for Barrier Force TransducerThis software analyzes and processes barrier load data recorded in full-width rigid barrier crash tests with multi-divisional barriers. The barrier load data recorded by the Data Logger for Crash Test (DIS series) is transferred to the barrier analysis PC for analysis and processing. The software can also simultaneously display graphs of the load data and video data taken by video cameras during the test.
- Crash Testing Analysis SoftwareCrash Testing Analysis Software that complies with the laws and regulations of Japan, the US, and the EU Crash testing data recorded by the Data Acquisition System for Crash Test (DIS series) can be used to perform analysis processing and output results based on laws and regulations, NCAP, and other crash testing standards. The software is equipped with two processing modes—a programmed processing mode and a nonprogrammed processing mode—and, for programmed processing, processing patterns preset for each testing method, including front and side impacts, are used to output fixed-form analysis-result reports. The programmed-processing processing patterns include a line-up of options that comply with various laws and regulations as well as NCAP.
