Flat Wheel Detection SystemThis system can automatically detect abnormal wear on wheel treads, called "flat" on a wheel-by-wheel basis while the train is in motion, and consists of a detector and a data recorder. The detector consists of an accelerometer that detects the impact acceleration caused by "flat", a wheel detector that detects the passing of a wheel, and an antenna that receives radio waves to identify the car number.
Heat Detection SystemThe heat detection system enables preventive maintenance of vehicle equipment and early detection of train fire hazard/axle box overheating.
Wheel Load Measuring SystemThe wheel load measuring system can measure wheel loads of rolling stock conveniently.
