Centrifugal Acceleration Calibration Service accredited to ISO / IEC 17025

Centrifugal Acceleration Calibration Service accredited to ISO / IEC 17025

KYOWA is accredited as a calibration laboratory of ASNITE accreditation program. Centrifugal acceleration calibration based on ISO/IEC 17025 is available as additional service.

Compliant with IATF16949

Calibration certificate with ilac‐MRA, IAJapan symbol is available.

The certificate can meet requirements from external laboratories following IATF16949*.

* IATF16949 : The international standard for Automotive Quality Management Systems.

Calibration Method

Centrifugal calibration according to ISO 16063-17*

* ISO 16063-17:2016:Methods for the calibration of vibration and shock transducers — Part 17: Primary calibration by centrifuge

Applicable Products

  • Strain gage type acceleration transducer(Voltage Ratio Sensitivity,mV・s2/V・m)
  • Voltage output accelerometer with built-in amplifier(Voltage Sensitivity,mV・s2/V・m)

* The unit of Voltage Ratio Sensitivity or Voltage Sensitivity in calibration certificate, is the output voltage (mV or mV/V) of the acceleration transducer per single unit acceleration (1 m/s2).
* Acceleration transducers for 9807m/s2 (1000G) or more are supposed to be calibrated with 9807m/s2 (1000G)
